Hi-Liner t-shirts for ALL! On Friday, all students and staff will be receiving a Hi-Liner t-shirt courtesy of Icon Architectural Group and Construction Engineers! Students should stop by their ENGLISH classroom on Friday starting at 8am to pick up their t-shirts before the pep rally at 2pm. Students who do not have an English classroom - your shirts can be picked up in the north office. Staff t-shirts will be in their mailboxes. Students & Staff should wear this t-shirt to the pep rally at 2pm on Friday. A big Thank You to Icon Architectural Group and Construction Engineers!!
Dress-Up Themes for Homecoming Week: Friday: Hi-Liner Pride!
Senior Class Photo! This Friday, we will be taking a full class picture. We will be dismissed after 3rd period to go up to Hanna Field. There will be no need to check into your 4th period class. Even if you are in Career & Tech Center classes, you will still be dismissed at 11:14. This is mandatory and attendance will be taken at the field. Please stay in your Hi-Liner apparel. As it is at the field, feel free to walk or drive. If you need a ride, it will be provided, just let the office or Mrs. Shanenko know. All seniors are expected to be back in time for P5 class to begin at 12:43.
Homecoming Dance / Guest Form-- VCHS Homecoming Dance will be held on Saturday, September 20th in the HAC lobby. The 7th and 8th grade dance will be held from 6:30-8:00 and the 9th - 12th grade dance will be held from 8:30-11:00. Cost is $5 per person. It is a come once, leave once event. The doors will close at 6:45 and 8:45 respectively. Concessions will be available. If any 9-12th grade students plan to bring a guest to the Homecoming Dance who is NOT a VCHS student, you will need to complete a guest form/permission slip for them (7-8th graders cannot bring non-VCHS guests.) This form can be found in the North Office or found in your grade level Canvas class. It is the guest's responsibility to have the form completed and signed by their principal before it is returned to VCHS. This form needs to be approved by Mr. Peterson and MUST be on file in the office by 4pm on Wednesday, September 17th. Also, all detentions need to be served by Thursday, September 18th in order to attend this dance.
