Volunteer Hours Opportunity Students, the Hi-Liner Concession Stand in the HAC Lobby is in need of helpers to sell concessions on two Saturdays this month. If you are in need of volunteer hours for school and have a few spare hours on either of these days, we'd love your help. These are always fun, busy days and the time goes fast! To sign-up, stop by the North Office and visit with Alyssa Miller. Whether you can do just one shift, or the whole day, your help would be greatly appreciated! Saturday, December 13 (Youth Basketball tournament) 8am-11am 11am-2pm 2pm – 5pm Saturday, December 20 (Boys Wrestling Holiday Tournament) 8am-11am 11am-2pm 2pm – 5pm
Congratulations to the 9th graders on winning the Pack the HAC contest! They will receive an extended lunch period as their reward. On Wednesday, December 10, the 9th graders lunch hour will be extended from 11:55am - 1:00pm.
Grades 7 – 12: Join us for a night of FCA Bible study and roller skating this Sunday, December 7, from 7:00 to 8:30 PM at the old rec center. The skating cost is covered. Bring friends, socks, and a cash donation for the Dacotah Bank Giving Tree if you'd like! New faces welcome!
9th-12th Grade Students: The end of 1st semester will soon be here! Please review your Semester 2 classes. If you notice you are missing a class OR if you have questions about your classes for Semester 2, please stop in the Counseling Center to set up an appointment to meet with Mrs. Burchill (grade 9) or Ms. Streitz (grades 10-12). You will have until January 13th, 2026, to add/drop classes without penalty—the sooner we can get your schedule arranged, the better!
Dress up for the Holiday Season! Happy December! Let's celebrate the season with Christmas-themed dress-up days! Below are themes for the first week of December. See the calendars around the school for the rest of the month. Monday - Coal for Christmas (Dress in Black) Tuesday - Holiday Glow (Wear something shiny or bright) Wednesday - Holiday Party (formal attire for a Christmas Party) Thursday - Festive Flannel Friday - Hawaiian Holiday
Attention 10th-12th grade: Dual Credit registration forms are due this Friday, December 5th! Forms have been sent to you through Canvas, and they are also available in the Counseling Center.
Spring Theater Auditions: Auditions for the spring theater production Enter The Body will be held on Monday, December 15th from 6:30 - 8:30pm. This will be the only audition time, so you must plan to be there if you would like to be a part of this production. Even if you missed the initial meeting, you are still welcome to audition.
